Crowd-Sourced Bucket List

I need your help.

A couple of years ago I tried this thing called “101 Things in 1001 Days.” Have you heard of it? It’s exactly what it sounds like. You make a list of 101 things and you’ve got just shy of three years to get those things done. Like a short-term bucket list.

I want to do another round…but here’s where I need your help: I could only come up with 50 things! It’s either a sign that I’ve done everything there is to do (unlikely) or I’m just not being creative enough with this list.

So I turn to you, my faithful readers. Check out my list (so far) here (the list is one of the pages in the header at the top of the blog), and please comment with ideas of things I could/should do in the next 1001 days. Keep the ideas flowing, friends, and I’ll stick them on the list if they meet these conditions:

1. I haven’t done that thing recently or ever before.

2. It’s semi-reasonable. If you suggest I climb Mt. Everest I will be deeply flattered, but the truth is that just ain’t happening for this gal–certainly not by fall of 2015, anyway.

Some questions to get you thinking: What awesome things have you done recently? What things should everyone do before they turn (gasp) 30? Where are some amazing places to visit in the Midwest? What’s something you’ve always wanted to do? If you know me in the real world, what’s something we could do together? Know of any awesome things I should read, watch, bake, make, or taste?

Hi there!
